🛍️ Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your dress as much as we loved designing it. If it’s not quite right, here’s how we can help:

🔄 Returns Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Dresses must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Sale items and custom orders are final sale and not eligible for return.

📦 How to Return

1. Email us at clementine@clementinefashion.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll send you a return confirmation and instructions.
3. Package your item securely and send it back using a trackable service.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

💸 Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

🔁 Exchanges

Need a different size or style? Let us know—we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

⚠️ Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your dress arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll make it right.
